JSSR Auction Summary: JULY 2016

This month’s auction price is less volatile, may be due to lesser auction items following the season.

Although the economy has not much improved, but with the commitment and cooperation of the private and public sectors it helps to sustain the overall economy. With the price of agricultural products improved and the projects that the government is doing, it is expected to benefit in the second half of the year. Especially construction projects in infrastructure and public utility which will increase demands for machine from investment by private sector that follow.

This month saw less foreign buyers which included buyers from Myanmar, Laos and Malaysia. However, local and foreign consignors show increase interest from clearer understanding of the auction mechanism.

July auction result as compares to June’s

Excavators of different sizes; price adjusted down slightly, but no significant change.

Forklifts price continue to drop which may be due to decrease in industrial/manufacturing sector.

Wheel loaders price also continue to drop.

Farming tractors and agricultural tools’ price adjusted down as compared to last month’s slight increment.

Cranes’ price decrease significantly.

Civil work equipment’s price adjusted down slightly but no significant change such as rollers, new models excavators which still have demands from neighboring countries.

Items with seasonal slowdown in price such as engines, cabins, generators, compressors, welding generators, manlift, concrete mixer, water tank, truck mounted cranes, general factory equipment such as lathe machine, grinding machine, cutting machine, drilling  machine, milling machine, etc.


Our company is still confident and believe the later half of the year to show improvement in political and economic stability.
